Weeeeeeee! So in spite of all the planning i've been doing , I didn't yet have my ring. You see, to be honest I didn't think I needed or even wanted one. I figured we already live together and have a son so we were practically engaged. Anyway, I always saw me wearing only one ring. I love jewelry but I can't stand it on me once I enter the house, so I figured the less the better. We discussed getting married very casually so I didn't think too much of it. So you can imagine my very pleasant amazement when my boo boo got on his knees at his b'day party and proposed in front of his mom, sister and her family, my sister and family and brother and his wife. (It was a small Party).
So without further ado, Ta-Da, I was trying to take the picture for you in a pretty way like in a flower or dish or other great display but it was just not to be. You couldn't even see it so I took it off a website. Ok, ok here it is...
Isn't it to die for. I mean it's just perfect and I tried it with my band and they fit (you guessed it, perfectly).
Forgive the hand, needs a little lotion but focus people, look at the ring. Oh I love it and love him for it. Now that I have it, I couldn't possibly see my finger without it. The band by itself would just not look right. Not on my hand anyway.
Please ladies, tell me what you think. TTFN (ta ta for now).
It's gorgeous!! It's like a much larger version of mine!! Lol. LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! Love love love it! Congratulations..sparkly things always make us ladies smile.
ReplyDeleteI felt the same way! It wouldn't look right with just the band on my hand either. Sooo sweet. You deserve it!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, it's so pretty!!! Congrats! I'm the same way as you - as soon as I get home, my jewelry comes off!
ReplyDeleteJust love your engagement ring, so pretty and such great sparkle from it. The matching wedding ring looks great with it too.
