Shameful Pitch

I know, I know, it's shameful for asking people to nominate me but it would really be nice to win. Maybe in the DIY category. he, he.

TIFFANY BLUE BRIDE- Can Anyone say blue?

I've always adored turquoise, aqua, teal and every light shade of blue. For anyone who knows me, it was a pretty obvious choice as to what my wedding colors would be.

We decided that our colors would be aqua/tiffany blue and white. Our theme initially started out as butterflies (my other absolute favorite thing) and I was so excited about that but the more I researched aqua or turquoise, the more tiffany came up, so I found myself leaning more into that theme. I may still have a few butterflies in there but nothing too noticeable. so my new theme is the 'Tiffany Blue Box'.

Once we decided on the "Tiffany Blue Box", I decided to add some crystal and silver elements to it to give it a little sparkle.

Most of the time, its pretty hard to find a true tiffany blue - it's called robin's egg, aqua, pool, light turquoise and even sometimes mermaid among other things. I've decided that it doesn't really matter if they're not all the same thing, as long as they're in the same family. I actually think that the different shades make it more interesting.

The bright white will contrast nicely with the various blues, there's going to be just enough bling from the crystals to give it that extra sparkle and small pieces of silver will be spread around for an additional little shiny element.
